Arise, Arise Oh Children of God

Arise, Arise Oh Children of God

Arise, Arise Oh Children of God
by sister Gail Manizak
Arise, Arise oh children of God, for there has been One already, come whose shoes you were not worthy to bear, He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire, whose fan is in his hand, and He will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather His wheat into the garner; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
My children know says the Lord that I am coming, swiftly says the Spirit of the Lord, for the whole earth is groaning and travails in the presence of Jehovah, even now many are being removed from the earth, though the number of the children of My Father be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.

Arise, Arise oh Children of God for though your sins have been as scarlet know this, you have come to mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, and to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect. And all that I would say unto you is this, Arise Arise oh children of God for you have been made perfect in Me says the Lord. For I am He who has taken your sin, taken your heartaches, your infirmities, it is I, who have called you by Name and said be ye whole, for the price was once paid, and that was sufficient for all who will accept it.
As I am shaking now, all that can be shaken, humble your selves before Me says the Lord, for now I shake the Heavens and the Earth and there is nothing that will be left, that has not have been shaken, for that which is not of Me says the Lord is temporal and will wither as the grass, in its time of heat says the Spirit of the Lord.
Arise, Arise oh children of God, for there is so much I have to release within you, to shower you with blessings, and favor, anointing and mantles, prepare yourself says the Lord for there is yet much I have to give, as I open the windows of Heaven prepare your hearts My children for the River of God is coming, for abundance and the very flow of the River of God will overtake you.

And did I not say in the last days evildoers shall be cut off, but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth, they shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as of eagles. The Lord says, yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be, you shall diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

But the Lord says the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace, the wicked plots against the just, and strikes upon him with his teeth, the Lord shall laugh at him: for he sees that his day is coming, and his end is soon. And yet now the Lord is directing your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. For the Lord says, we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised, in the City of our God in the mountain of His Holiness, a Beautiful situation, is Mt Zion on the sides of the North and the city of the Great King. He, Lord of Lords and King of Kings, He alone reigns supreme, and beside Him there is no other. He has no enemies, they all have been defeated already sentenced, your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks around, seeking whom he may devour, to him who resists steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world, yet the God of all grace, who has called us into His eternal glory by Christ Jesus our Lord, after we have suffered awhile, He will make you perfect, establish, strengthen, and He will settle you, seek the Lord while He may be found. To Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen and Amen - Word of the Lord, written by Gail Manizak

An Invitation to Abundant Life in Christ the Vine !

A Free Offer of Mercy to All

Isaiah 55

1 “Ho! Everyone who thirsts,

Come to the waters;

And you who have no money,

Come, buy and eat.

Yes, come, buy wine and milk

Without money and without price.

2 Why do you spend money for what is not bread,

And your wages for what does not satisfy?

Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,

And let your soul delight itself in abundance.

3 Incline your ear, and come to Me.

Hear, and your soul shall live;

And I will make an everlasting covenant with you—

The sure mercies of David.

4 Indeed I have given him as a witness to the people,

A leader and commander for the people.

5 Surely you shall call a nation you do not know,

And nations who do not know you shall run to you,

Because of the LORD your God,

And the Holy One of Israel;

For He has glorified you.”

6 Seek the LORD while He may be found,

Call upon Him while He is near.

7 Let the wicked forsake his way,

And the unrighteous man his thoughts;

Let him return to the LORD,

And He will have mercy on him;

And to our God,

For He will abundantly pardon.

8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts,

Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.

9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth,

So are My ways higher than your ways,

And My thoughts than your thoughts.

10 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,

And do not return there,

But water the earth,

And make it bring forth and bud,

That it may give seed to the sower

And bread to the eater,

11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;

It shall not return to Me void,

But it shall accomplish what I please,

And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

12 “For you shall go out with joy,

And be led out with peace;

The mountains and the hills

Shall break forth into singing before you,

And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree,

And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree;

And it shall be to the LORD for a name,

For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

PICTURE OF A PROPHET BY Leonard Ravenhill

by Mary Clark on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 1:37pm

The prophet in his day is fully accepted of God and totally rejected by men.

Years back, Dr. Gregory Mantle was right when he said, "No man can be fully accepted until he is totally rejected." The prophet of the Lord is aware of both these experiences. They are his "brand name."

The group, challenged by the prophet because they are smug and comfortably insulated from a perishing world in their warm but untested theology, is not likely to vote him "Man of the year" when he refers to them as habituates of the synagogue of Satan!

The prophet comes to set up that which is upset. His work is to call into line those who are out of line! He is unpopular because he opposes the popular in morality and spirituality. In a day of faceless politicians and voiceless preachers, there is not a more urgent national need than that we cry to God for a prophet! The function of the prophet, as Austin-Sparks once said, "has almost always been that of recovery."

The prophet is God's detective seeking for a lost treasure. The degree of his effectiveness is determined by his measure of unpopularity. Compromise is not known to him.

He has no price tags. He is totally "otherworldly."
He is unquestionably controversial and unpardonably hostile.
He marches to another drummer!
He breathes the rarefied air of inspiration. He is a "seer" who comes to lead the blind. He lives in the heights of God and comes into the valley with a "thus saith the Lord."

He shares some of the foreknowledge of God and so is aware of
impending judgment. He lives in "splendid isolation."

He is forthright and outright, but he claims no birthright.
His message is "repent, be reconciled to God or else...!"
His prophecies are parried.

His truth brings torment, but his voice is never void.
He is the villain of today and the hero of tomorrow.
He is excommunicated while alive and exalted when dead!
He is dishonored with epithets when breathing and honored with epitaphs when dead.

He is a schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, but few "make the grade" in his class. He is friendless while living and famous when dead.

He is against the establishment in ministry; then he is established as a saint by posterity.
He eats daily the bread of affliction while he ministers, but he feeds the Bread of Life to those who listen.

He walks before men for days but has walked before God for years.
He is a scourge to the nation before he is scourged by the nation.
He announces, pronounces, and denounces!

He has a heart like a volcano and his words are as fire.
He talks to men about God.
He carries the lamp of truth amongst heretics while he is lampooned by men. He faces God before he faces men, but he is self-effacing.

He hides with God in the secret place, but he has nothing to hide in
the marketplace.

He is naturally sensitive but supernaturally spiritual.
He has passion, purpose and pugnacity.
He is ordained of God but disdained by men.
Our national need at this hour is not that the dollar recover its strength, or that we save face over the Watergate affair, or that we find the answer to the ecology problem. We need a God-sent prophet!
I am bombarded with talk or letters about the coming shortages in our national life: bread, fuel, energy. I read between the lines from people not practiced in scaring folk. They feel that the "seven years of plenty" are over for us. The "seven years of famine" are ahead. But the greatest famine of all in this nation at this given moment is a FAMINE OF THE HEARING OF THE WORDS OF GOD (Amos 8:11).
Millions have been spent on evangelism in the last twenty-five years. Hundreds of gospel messages streak through the air over the nation every day. Crusades have been held; healing meetings have made a vital contribution. "Come-outers" have "come out" and settled, too, without a nation-shaking revival. Organizers we have. Skilled preachers abound. Multi-million dollar Christian organizations straddle the nation. BUT where, oh where, is the prophet? Where are the incandescent men fresh from the holy place? Where is the Moses to plead in fasting before the holiness of the Lord for our moldy morality, our political perfidy, and sour and sick spirituality?

GOD'S MEN ARE IN HIDING UNTIL THE DAY OF THEIR SHOWING FORTH. They will come!
The prophet is violated during his ministry, but he is vindicated by history.
There is a terrible vacuum in evangelical Christianity today. The missing person in our ranks is the prophet. The man with a terrible earnestness. The man totally otherworldly. The man rejected by other men, even other good men, because they consider him too austere, too severely committed, too negative and unsociable.

Let him be as plain as John the Baptist.
Let him for a season be a voice crying in the wilderness of modern theology and stagnant "churchianity."

Let him be as selfless as Paul the apostle.
Let him, too, say and live, "This ONE thing I do."

Let him reject ecclesiastical favors.
Let him be self-abasing, non self-seeking, non self-projecting, non self- righteous, non self-glorying, non self-promoting.
Let him say nothing that will draw men to himself but only that which will move men to God.
Let him come daily from the throne room of a holy God, the place where he has received the order of the day. Let him, under God, unstop the ears of the millions who are deaf through the clatter of shekels milked from this hour of material mesmerism.
Let him cry with a voice this century has not heard because he has seen a vision no man in this century has seen. God send us this Moses to lead us from the wilderness of crass materialism, where the rattlesnakes of lust bite us and where enlightened men, totally blind spiritually, lead us to an ever-nearing Armageddon.

God have mercy! Send us PROPHETS!

Prophets still speak

Prophets still speak

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Prophet

What, or better stated, who are prophets? And is there really a need for them in the Church today? Many have believed that prophets went the way of the dinosaur after Malachi, the intertestamental period, and the coming of Jesus Christ. To be sure, there are those firmly rooted on each side of the issue. We offer to you a few testimonies, an apologetic, if you will, from a few fellow servants. Remember, we are discussing positions/offices in the Body, not Holy Spirit gifts, such as the gift of prophecy.
There is a difference between an Old Testament prophet and a New Testament prophet!
Beacon University Institute of Ministry Syllabus and Study Guide, BIPT136 Leaders Under Construction, Dr. Mark Allen stated that in the Old Testament, if a prophet misspoke they were stoned but if the people did not obey, they were stoned. The Old Testament spokesmen gave God's very word, guidance, exhortation and confirmation. In the New Testament, it is the Holy Spirit that gave the word, see Acts 21: 10-11. The word given by the New Testament prophets was also to be judged, see First Corinthians 14:29.
Note: Deuteronomy 18:22 (KJV) "When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that it is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him."
Binyamin Baruch
Author -The Day of the LORD is at Hand
~ excerpts from the book, pp 77-81 ~
"I HAVE CALLED YOU FRIENDS"
The LORD always reveals His secrets to those who are close to Him. The first example is when GOD revealed to His friend Abraham His plans to destroy Sodom. "Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do." GOD always warns His friends when He is ready to bring His judgment. Jesus told us: "Henceforth I shall not call you servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you." If we are His friends, then we will hear His voice. The LORD declared this: "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me." There is ample precedent for the LORD revealing His plans to His chosen people in advance. With the greatest event in the history of the world about to occur, the LORD is again warning His friends. Wouldn't you warn your friends? I would. That is why I am writing this book. Dear reader, you are being warned. Listen to His voice.
The LORD uses the example of the roaring lion as a warning of the judgment to come. "The lion has roared, who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken, who can but prophecy?" The LORD JESUS CHRIST also refers to the lion as a symbol of this last hour, when the lion has come out of hiding, and the plans of the prince are now being revealed to GOD'S people. "The lion is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make thy land desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant." Who will not fear? "The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are as bold as a lion." The people who can hear from the LORD are the true prophets. They bear the indignation of the LORD, and their ministry is to warn the people to turn from their sins, lest they be consumed in the judgment. Their voices are in the minority, and they are always found in the wilderness, rejected by the religious leaders of the day. The true messengers of the LORD are always rejected by the majority of the people, who prefer to listen to the false prophets preach a message of peace and prosperity. Thus it is today as well.
PROPHETS STILL SPEAK
The Church is in desperate need of the true prophetic voice of GOD to be brought forth in this last hour. The prophets of GOD are the eyes in the body of Christ. They are the seers who announce to the people the warnings of the LORD. The true prophets have always had the spiritual discernment to understand their times. It was the function of the prophet to admonish, to warn, to reprove and to denounce existing sin. The prophets are also called as Watchmen. They are set upon the walls of Zion to blow the trumpet and to warn of coming danger. The true prophets receive their prophetic office directly from the LORD.
The life of a prophet is of hardship and suffering, loneliness and rejection. The true word of GOD has always been hard to bear, and the true messengers of the LORD have always been rejected by the people. "And the LORD, the GOD of their fathers, sent word to them again and again by His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place; but they continually mocked the messengers of GOD, despised His words and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against His people, until there was no remedy." The message of the true prophets will cause men to shun their company, and to speak all manner of evil against them. They are cast out by friends and family, and rejected by the nation at large, but the LORD JESUS CHRIST is faithful to send His warnings to the people time and time again.
GOD has chosen a very hard path for the vessel to be used as His mouthpiece. The life of the messenger with the genuine prophetic call is not immune to the valleys of depression. This is all part of the package. He lives a life that is lonely. The revelation of Christ can only come in the solitary place away from the crowds and noise of the vendors and their religious wares. The prophets are burdened vessels, for they see the vision and the lateness of the hour. They know the night is far spent and the day is at hand. The prophet's character is very likely to be one of shifting moods, unpredictable at times and not likely to be found mingling with the religious. He is serious, sober and not easily persuaded to compromise. His lot is most likely found hidden away on the backside of the desert alone with GOD. He is the one with a heart for justice, righteousness, honor and integrity. His words may come across as harsh and cruel, but to the one with spiritual perception, his words are received to awaken to righteousness. The higher the calling into His purposes, the hotter the fires required to purify the servant. The greater the responsibility, the greater and more intense the fires to perfect. This is the cost of prophetic ministry.
The highest prophetic office is held by those who can hear the LORD'S voice directly, and who have been chosen to speak to the LORD face to face. "Hear now My words: if there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, make Myself known to him in a vision; I speak to him in a dream. Not so with My servant Moses; he is faithful in all My house. I speak with him face to face, even plainly, and not in dark sayings; and he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid to speak against My servant Moses?" When a man or woman of GOD speaks the true word of the LORD; their ministry and message will always produce hatred and scorn in the minds of their listeners. "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation."
The prophets of GOD are not trained in the religious schools of man, nor are they raised up from among the leadership of the organized Church. None of the prophets of Israel came from the priesthood. They were all called and prepared by GOD alone. The appearance of Elijah is such an example. "And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD GOD of Israel liveth, before whom I stand." Elijah's only qualification was that he stood before the LORD GOD of Israel. Nothing more was said of him. He was an ordinary man who knew his GOD. John the Baptist was of similar origins, trained on the backside of the desert wilderness. "And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his showing unto Israel." John had no university or seminary training. He just appeared as the forerunner of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. GOD'S ways are not man's ways. He still uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. Many people have rebuked me for speaking the word of the LORD saying, "By what authority do you speak these words?" My answer: "By the authority of the LORD JESUS CHRIST, the GOD of Israel."
THE JUDGMENT OF ANCIENT ISRAEL
GOD judged ancient Israel for departing from the truth, and turning to the worship of idols and for following the GODS of the pagans. The LORD in His mercy always sent His prophets to warn the people to repent, and return to the LORD, or they would be judged and the nation destroyed. Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel and many others came and preached the word of the Lord, but the people always refused to listen, turning their ears to the false prophets, while rejecting and in many cases, killing the true prophets of the Most High GOD.
Each of the prophets of Israel spoke of the specific judgment that would come in their time, but they also spoke of the Day of the LORD, which is the final judgment upon the whole earth. This is another example of the principal of dualism, where the message of the prophets would be fulfilled twice. First, to the specific people to whom it is addressed and then again, at the end of the age. Jeremiah is one such prophet, who spoke to the children of Israel warning of the destruction of their nation, for the sins of idolatry and immorality, which had filled the land. The prophecies of Jeremiah also speak to the last day's Church in America. The LORD never judges a nation without first sending a warning to His people. Before addressing the word of GOD to our nation, I must first dispel a widely held error in the modern Church. If you fail to discern this error, you will be wide open for deception..

HEARING AND KNOWING HIS VOICE -The GOOD SHEPHERD
by David Wilkerson
[May
19, 1931 – April 27, 2011]

Peter warns last-day believers that Satan will come to them with a loud
voice, trying to bring fear. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the
devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour”
(1
Peter 5:8).

Here is my point: If Satan is making his voice known in these last days,
showing his power to the masses of lost souls, how much more important is it for
God’s people to know their Father’s voice? Do you think the Lord would sit by as
Satan roars at the world and yet remain silent? Never! Isaiah said: “The Lord
will cause His glorious voice to be heard” (Isaiah 30:30).

Since the time of Adam and Eve, God has been speaking to man. “They heard the
sound of the Lord God” (Genesis 3:8). Adam said, “I heard Your
voice in the garden, and I was afraid” (Genesis 3:10).

From Genesis through to the end of the New Testament, God made his voice
known to his people. In the books of the prophets we see this phrase, “And God
said . . .” repeated time after time. God’s voice was known and understood.

Jesus confirmed this in the New Testament, using the example of the Good
Shepherd. “The sheep hear his voice . . . the sheep follow him, for they know
his voice” (John 10:3-4).

Adam hid from God’s voice, because of the guilt and shame of his sin. And
that is exactly where many of God’s people are today—hiding, afraid to hear God
speak!

If you want to hear God’s voice, you must be
ready to have your soul purged and cleansed. “If we confess our sins, He is
faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).
OBEYING THE VOICE OF THE LORD
by David Wilkerson
[May
19, 1931 – April 27, 2011]

If you want direction—if you think you’re ready to do what he asks—then let
me ask you: Are you ready for an unsettling word, a mission of hardship and
rejection, a life of faith with no guaranteed comforts except those of the Holy
Ghost?

That is exactly what happened to Isaiah! The prophet volunteered, “Send me,
Lord,” and God sent him on a hard, difficult mission!

“And He said, Go . . . . Make the heart of this people dull, and their ears
heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their
ears, and understand with their heart” (Isaiah 6:9-10)

The word Isaiah heard was not flattering! On the contrary, it would make him
hated, unpopular. The Lord told him, “Go, harden those who refuse to hear me
speak! Close their eyes and ears—finish the hardening of their hearts!”

If you want to know God’s voice, then you must be willing to hear everything
he says! God will never say, “Go!” until he first asks, “Who will go?” He comes
to you asking, “Are you willing to do anything I tell you and do it my way? Are
you willing to lay down your life?”

When I prayed for direction years ago, the Lord told me clearly, “Go back to
New York.” That was a most uncomfortable word for me! I had been ready to
retire. I had planned to write books and preach at selected places. I thought,
“Lord, I’ve already spent my best years there. Give me a break!”

Yes, we
want to hear the voice of God, but we want to hear it comfortably! We don’t want
it to shake us. Yet, why should God give us his voice of direction if he is not
sure we will obey him?

Abraham learned to hear God’s voice by first
obeying what he heard—at the time he heard it! God’s word to him was to
sacrifice his son, Isaac (see Genesis 22:2). Abraham acted on that word and his
obedience became a sweet smelling aroma that touched the whole world: “In your
seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My
voice” (Genesis 22:18).

Word of Encouragement from The Lord -> Beware Lest You Fall

Word from The Lord -> Beware Lest You Fall
,

How many times must I say, ‘Fear not. Be strong and of good
courage.’? How often must I say, ‘Trust Me.’?So many of My people are receiving
the ‘fear’ and ‘doubt’ and ‘unbelief’ that comes into their minds as thoughts,
but are actually fiery darts from the enemy. If your heart does not condemn you;
if your heart has sorrowed over your iniquities (your sins), and if your tears
of repentance are genuine (causing you to turn away from sin); if you are
walking in obedience to My commandments, walking with Me daily and moment by
moment, why even entertain condemning or negative thoughts? Beloved, in those
dark moments of battle, when fear stands before you as a mighty giant, with his
faithful soldiers of ‘doubt’ and ‘unbelief’, taunting, threatening, persecuting
or tormenting you, grab hold of My hand, keep your eyes upon the Mightiest who
went before you, My Son Jesus Christ (Y'shua HaMashiach). My perfect love will
cast out all fear, and faith will shield you against doubts and unbelief. With
Christ the Messiah, you shall overcome and walk in victory! This is where faith
arises! This is where you cast down imaginations and every high thing that
exalts itself against the knowledge of Me (God, Yhwh), and bring into captivity
every thought to obedience of Christ. [2Cor 10:5] This is where you take My
sword [Word] and wield it against the enemies of the cross; lifting up your
shield of faith to quench the fiery darts of the wicked [Eph 6:16]. This is
where you will either trust Me or doubt Me. This is where the carrying of the
(daily) cross can seem the heaviest. Many who are not battling a barrage of fiery
darts from the wicked (people, as well as satan and his demonic armies), are
being tempted in areas of their weaknesses like never before. Suddenly, things
that one has a weakness for are ‘available’ or ‘easy to attain’ to lead them
back into the world, Babylon and the harlot, and away from Me. Whether it is a
love for money, or power or possessions; suddenly ‘deals’ or ‘offers’ are coming
before them. Resist, resist, resist. For others, suddenly beautiful women or
handsome men are placed in their view or in their lives, and the temptation of
lust is most strong. Those who are single, lonely or unhappily married must
truly cling to Me, read My word and trust Me, if they are to overcome these
temptations. If you have overcome once, twice or even three times, and a
wandering eye and an ‘appreciation for beauty’ (tsk) are your weakness, then
beware, lest you fall.If you think you are too clever or too strong to give into
temptation, beware. Even David, the apple of My eye, was swept into (succumbed
to) temptation with Bathsheba. The lust for her caused the death of Bathsheba’s
husband. The child that was conceived through this lust was allowed to die.
David understood his great sin when I sent Nathan the prophet to speak to him.
He repented with genuine tears and sorrow. And David said unto Nathan, I have
sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also has put away
thy sin; thou (you) shall not die. [2 Sam 12:13]Samson’s desire and lust for
Delilah was responsible for his death. The ‘Jezebel-like’ spirit in Delilah
caused her to betray Samson to the Philistines, after she seduced him and
tricked him with her coy words, into revealing the secret of his strength to
her. Samson repented and was given strength once more to wipe out the
Philistines, who had already gouged out his eyes, yet still he did perish that
day, along with them.Even Solomon in all his wisdom was driven by lust, and he
had one thousand women (700 wives and 300 concubines). Desiring to ‘please’
them, he built temples and images of their ‘gods’ and compromised his walk with
Me.Are you stronger than David or Samson? Are you much wiser than Solomon? Do
not think that you are above temptation, for even My Son Y’shua [Jesus] was
tempted when He was 40 days in the wilderness, yet He sinned NOT! You must
discipline yourself (one fruit of My Holy Spirit is self-control), this is true,
however, you must cling to Me, walk with Me, bring Me into all situations and
circumstances that come into your life. In these final days, you must press in
and follow My every instruction obediently. Expect your flesh to fight you, for
it loves the ‘comforts’ and ‘strokes’ of the world and of Babylon and its
harlot. Expect principalities and powers and every wicked thing to come against
you.If you fail, repent and rise back up, for a just man falls seven times and
rises again, but the wicked fall into mischief. [Prov 24:16] If you remain
obedient and faithful, I shall surely guide you as you trust in Me.Beloved, if
you are weakened now by the onslaughts that are happening in your life at this
time, and desire to quit, how will you run with me in the wicked days of the
great tribulation? The evil that comes now is merely a ‘drop in the bucket’ (as
the old adage goes), brought to you by satan’s foot soldiers. What will you do
in the great tribulation when satan sends forth his horses and his strongmen?
What will you do when you face the ‘beast’ and the ‘false prophet’ spoken of in
My word? What will you do when the ‘Antichrist’ of all antichrists arises in his
power? If you become fearful while your land is still in peace, what shall you
do when the presence and power of evil men, driven by their own greed and
hatred, as well as demonic forces, take over your country? What will you do when
My judgment (which has begun and shall increase) is seen in My house, your
nation and all the nations of the world? If thou (you) have run with the footmen
(foot soldiers), and they have wearied thee (you), then how can thou contend
with the horses? And if in the land of peace, wherein you thou trusted, they
wearied thee, then how will thou do in the swelling of the Jordan? [Jer 12:5]
(If people and circumstances have wearied you, then how will you contend with
the demonic attacks and then the wrath of the devil? And if in the time of
peace, in which you trust, if this has wearied you, then how will you do in the
time of greater troubles that shall flood in, as well as the fire that shall
come upon the nations?)Do not detest small beginnings. Do not fear the (holy)
fire that purifies or the trying of the ‘reins’ of your heart (your will), to
test your heart’s condition and the love and faith you have for and in Me.
Welcome it, for it is all preparation for that which is to soon come; the great
evil of these last days. Receive it, for it is training you to endure; it is
removing the dross and all that is not of Me, to refine you and make you pure,
clothed in white. Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver, I have
chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. [Isa 48:10] And I will bring the third
part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try
them as gold is tried: they shall call on My name, and I will hear them: I will
say, It is My people, and they shall say, The LORD [Yhvh is my God [Elohim]
[Zech 13:9]The fire purifies you and teaches you endurance, but it is also
strengthening you as you go through it with faith and trust in Me. I shall never
leave nor forsake you; nor shall I give you more than you can bear. Yes, it
feels that it is too much at times, more than you can bear, yet have you sweat
drops of blood as My Son did in the Garden of Gethsemane?Come to Me when you are
in your own garden of Gethsemane and I shall strengthen you, just as I
strengthened Jesus (Y’shua). Keep your heart humble and repentant. Continue to
obey, for every good soldier is quick to obey the orders of the commander that
he trusts in and loves. Trust Me to guide you along the narrow path, as you walk
holy before Me.Allow the purifying fire to do what it must do, for I will have a
holy people. As a loving Father, I say again, Fear not. Be strong and of good
courage. I am with you every step along this path that becomes increasingly
narrower. As a righteous Judge, I say, Prepare for the righteous judgments that
are coming upon this nation and all the nations of the earth. As the Sovereign
God, I say, Continue along strong in your faith, trusting Me. Keep My Christ,
Jesus as your focus and allow Him to rule on the throne of your heart. Be holy
and obedient.I remind you that you are to expect temptation to come to you, but
stay close to Me, for the end of this world fast approaches. The war between two
kingdoms is about to clash in ways never seen before, nor shall be seen again,
for it is written and I cannot lie. Watch therefore for the wicked schemes of
the enemy. Understand the times you are in, yet do not fear. Be on guard against
temptation, staying close to Me. Remember to be aware of the intentions and
errors of the wicked, (as well as satan and his armies of devils), least you are
led away in error by the wicked and you fall.Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye
know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of
the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness. [2Pet 3:17]I shall look after all
that concerns you, faithfully, for I AM faithful and true. I hear your prayers.
They are answered. Wait patiently for the answers, for they do not tarry. In My
perfect timing (due time), you shall see the answers to your prayers come to
fruition, and I shall be glorified. Walk confidently, knowing that in and
through My Son, Christ Jesus (Savior, Redeemer), you have the victory,
for I AM the Lord of the battle. SelahA ChenoaMidnight and the Street

The
JOSEPH COMPANY" -by David Wilkerson

"The JOSEPH
COMPANY"
-by David Wilkerson.

Let me show you the Joseph Company—a
body of last-day believers
wholly given to the Lord. They commune with God
daily and are led
by the Spirit in every detail of their lives. At this
moment they are
coming out of great trials to enter a place of revelation,
wisdom and
fruitfulness. God is working in them, giving them his truth
and
knowledge, and very soon he is going to call upon them as he
did
Joseph!

For the most part, the church today is experiencing
widespread
spiritual famine: shallow sermons, dead hearers, "lively"
worship
that is not backed up by righteous living.

God has always
worked far in advance of every spiritual famine in
his church. In every
generation he has moved ahead to prepare a
way out for his people!

The
seventy-five members of Jacob's clan would have died in the
great worldwide
famine (and the promise of Israel would have been
destroyed) had God not been
working ahead of it all. In fact, some
twenty years before the famine hit,
God was already setting in
motion a plan to save his people from
destruction.

God sent Joseph ahead to Egypt! For twenty years God worked
on
this man—isolating him, trying him, preparing him for a place
of
authority—because Joseph was to become the life-saver of God's
chosen.
He kept Joseph from the limelight in order that he might be
ready for a
coming day of chaos and death!

Beloved, just as surely as God isolated
Joseph, he has a Joseph
Company today that is hidden from all eyes. These are
in the
furnace of affliction, prisons of testing, battlegrounds of trials and
temptations. They are dying to this world, wanting nothing of
its
fame, honor, money or pleasure. And they are growing hungry to
become
more intimate with Christ, to know his heart and his voice.

You may not
understand all the mysterious testings, trials and
troubles in your life. But
if your heart is fully set on following Christ,
you can rest assured God has
purpose in it all: He wants to bring
you into his Joseph
Company!

JOSEPH and GOD’S FAVOR

Does our heavenly Father favor
certain of his children? Does the
Bible say God is no respecter of persons?
When it comes to
salvation and his wonderful promises, God treats all alike
but he
also puts his special favor on those who respond wholeheartedly
to
his calling and yield their lives to him entirely!

Job said: "Thou
hast granted me life and favour" (Job 10:12). David
said: "For thou, Lord,
wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou
compass him as with a shield"
(Psalm 5:12).

Our heavenly Father puts a special garment on those
who
completely give him their heart: "I will greatly rejoice in the
Lord,
my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with
the
garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe
of
righteousness" (Isaiah 61:10).

Joseph responded to the Spirit's
call, surrendering all, and as a
favor from his father he received a robe
that set him apart. But that
favor of his father was costly! It cost Joseph
relationships and
brought him rejection, misunderstanding and mockery: "All
his
brethren . . . hated him" (Genesis 37:4).

Why did Joseph's
brothers turn on him? The key is in verse 11:
"His brethren envied him." When
they saw the robe Joseph wore,
they knew it spoke of favor, righteousness.
And they hated it,
because it reminded them of the Spirit's call they had
rejected!
Joseph was a reproach to their halfhearted lifestyle!

You
see, Joseph's brothers sat around indulging in petty gossip
and self-centered
talk. Their hearts were occupied with lands,
possessions, the future, but
Joseph's was elsewhere. He spoke of
the things of God, of supernatural
dealings. God had given him
dreams, which in that day was synonymous with
hearing the voice
of God.

Lukewarm believers around you will want to
talk about their cars,
houses and jobs, but you'd rather talk about eternal
things, about
what God is saying to you. Soon you'll become a reproach to
their
halfheartedness. They will envy you because you represent the
call
of the Holy Ghost they turned down!

Yes, Joseph was of a different cloth
and that difference made him
hated and envied among his brothers. And,
beloved, the same will
happen to you if you are sold out to Jesus!
