Running The Race set before us:
2 Tim 2; 3-5 3 You therefore must endure* hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. 5 And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules.
Love God &Obey God!
John 14; 15 “If you love me, you will keep(or obey ) my commandments.(King Jesus our commander and chief
John14; 21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." (The way to get to know Jesus )

Be not of this world
The World is like a weight to the brethren slowing us down in this race
1 john 2:15-17 Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.16For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world is passing away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God abides for ever.
Let go of your own self willed Destiny and let God’s will run your Destiny & life!
Matt 16;24-26 NLT Then Jesus said to the disciples, "If any of you wants to be my follower,(disciple) you must put aside your selfish ambition, shoulder your cross, and follow me. 25 If you try to keep your life for yourself, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for me, you will find true life.26 And how do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul* in the process? Is anything worth more than your soul?
Jeremiah 29;11-13 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart
Rom 12; 1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service.2 And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

DO not be Carnally minded But be spiritually minded & walk in the Spirit
Romans 8; 5-8 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6) For to be carnally minded [is] death; but to be spiritually minded [is] life and peace.7) Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
NLT. Gal.5;16-21 Gal 5:16 So I advise you to live according to your new life in the Holy Spirit. Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves. Gal 5:17 The old sinful nature loves to do evil, which is just opposite from what the Holy Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are opposite from what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, and your choices are never free from this conflict. Gal 5:18 But when you are directed by the Holy Spirit, you are no longer subject to the law. Gal 5:19 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, your lives will produce these evil results: sexual immorality, impure thoughts, eagerness for lustful pleasure, Gal 5:20 idolatry, participation in demonic activities, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, divisions, the feeling that everyone is wrong except those in your own little group, Gal 5:21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other kinds of sin. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
Who we are in Christ and our inheritance with Christ
Gal.4; 4-7 4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born* of a woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!" 7 Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir *of God through Christ. Phil 3;20-21 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.
